Overview
Pressing the programmed button on the remote will trigger the gate to open, allowing 15 seconds to for the customer to exit and closing the gate 4 seconds after the customer has broken the PEC sensor beam.
Note: These times were set earlier in the install during Master & Slave Potentiometer settings.
AIM
The aim is to wire the remote relays such that multiple gates work on the one remote.
Gates 1,2 & 3 will be operated by relay channels/ buttons 1, 2 & 3 and gates will auto close behind the customer.
On the nominated click and collect gate, relay channel 4/ button 4 may be used latch the gate set open. See additional wiring diagram below. Dipswitch for channel 4 on the relay unit must be dipped down as shown below to enable latching functionality.
*This wiring will be done in addition to channels 1, 2 or 3 in order to have dual functionality in one gate*
Remote Control Wiring Diagrams
IMPORTANT NOTES:
It is crucial to wire different gates on different channels as per below wiring diagrams or this will not work! While programming multiple remotes in multiple gates. All other gates in store must be powered off to avoid signal interference.
Terminate remote relay as per diagram below for Channel 1/Button 1/Gate1 (auto close)
Terminate remote relay as per diagram below for Channel 2/Button 2/Gate 2 (auto close)
Terminate remote relay as per diagram below for Channel 3/Button 3/Gate 3 (auto close)

Note:
Relay 4 must have the latching dipswitch down in for latching functionality to work.

Remote Pairing
In stores that only have 2 gates please pair channel 1 on the remotes to the ACO area’s gate and channel
2 to the Main Lane area’s gate.
To learn the remote in, simply press the program button on the relay as shown in image below,
Then press the chosen button on the remote. The LED will flash once to indicate valid learning.
Repeat for all for remotes and channels.
Check all 4 remotes, the designated channel on remote should now open gates and keep gates open until
it is pressed again.
Note: LED flashes on valid remote reception.
