This article will show how to find the entrapment board, bypass it and test if its causing any issues.

1. To check if the entrapment board is faulty you need to open up the gate to find the
   entrapment board.
    
2. The entrapment board looks like this:
   
    
3. To bypass the entrapment board, disconnect the cable coming from the entrapment board
   going to the gate PCB (connection 1) and the cable coming from the motor (connection 2).
   
    
4. Now put the cable coming from the motor where the cable from the entrapment board to the
   gate PCB was connected before.
   
5. Try the function after and see if the issue remains. If the issue gets resolved, please reach out
   to the customer to arrange replacement.
   NOTE: Please remember to put the cables as they were before after testing if entrapment board was not faulty.
