04. Check if the gates are being held open on the remote controls. Check that CLEANING MODE is not activated by checking for the illuminated Cleaning LED on the main PCB

Make sure that CLEANING MODE have been turned off with the remote control (if it's on, the "CLEANING" LED will have a steady green light).
